HEAVEN KNOWS - Vol. III
Heaven Knows is one of those books that you want to read when you’d like everything to go right in your world. It has just the right amount of romance without being overdone....The beauty of this story is its happy ending. It’s nice to read a book on occasion where everything really does come out right in the end and this is such a book. It left me wishing I had read the first two books Hear Heaven and Heaven’s Tears.
- Donna Dawson, Christian Author
In her third novel, Heaven Knows, Sheila Davidson once again transports us to the fairytale-like village of Braydon and immediately makes us feel like we belong there. The intricately detailed characters—comfortingly familiar yet refreshingly original—share with us their heartaches and joys, as well as their spiritual journeys and encounters with the one true God, inspiring us to have faith and hope, too. Romance, humor, adventure and deep insights… it’s all in there!
- Ann-Margret Hovsepian, author of The One Year Designer Genes Devo (www.annhovsepian.com), and member of Temple Baptist Church in Montreal, Quebec
I think it is Sheila's Maritime roots that give her the ability to write a story that would express our collective heart longing. More like an earthy ballad chronicling Celtic village life, her story walks us through character challenges, dark terrors, exquisite joys and gives us rails to run on. This is more than entertaining reading, I am left a better person.

In her novel, Heaven Knows, Sheila Davidson has done a marvelous job of building strong intriguing characters who vividly demonstrate the mystery of living in relationship with the one true God and who pull you irresistibly into their story. Davidson’s works (for this is her third in a series) remind me of those by Scotland’s best 19th century storyteller, George MacDonald. Dropping bits of wisdom as they go about their daily tasks like MacDonald’s characters greatly impressed me too just as motherly Megan does with her advice to young Sidney ‘to pray and not worry’ when he comes to her with his problem concerning his mentor, Finton. For an inspiring, great and relaxing read, get Sheila’s latest novel, Heaven Knows.

HEAVEN'S TEARS - Vol. II
In Heaven's Tears, Sheila Davidson extends the story from her first book, Hear Heaven, and she deepens it as well. This is a great story, full of adventure and romance. The characters develop and grow throughout the book, and readers may find that they do, too. There is wisdom and truth hidden not too far beneath the surface. But, most important, it's enjoyable to read. Not all the tears will belong to heaven!

A delicately-scented warm breath of spring. Sheila Davidson’s gift of storytelling restores our hope in the Great Designer’s rhythm of life. Her writing calls forth a hunger for goodness in me as I engage with the story. Come…enjoy, as I have, a refreshing, uncomplicated return to joyful community (filled with romance, drama, suspense, and triumph) in a “real world”.

Another wonderful book! Thank you for the pleasure.

Thank you so much, Sheila! I enjoyed every word!

I may say you have kept the description of the scenery and of the characters right where I can really enjoy the reading. You have written it the way one would think, "Oh my, what a good movie this would be."
- T. Harley
Your previous books have really helped make God even more real to me - the way in which prayer i.e. dialogue with God just appears in such a matter-of-fact, "doesn't everyone do this?" way. Great books - thanks for writing another one and I hope there are more to come!

HEAR HEAVEN - Vol. I
Sheila Davidson is a storyteller with a poet's love for words and a teacher's love for wisdom. Her novel, Hear Heaven, is a romantic adventure in a fairy-tale style, full of important lessons for Christian life. It will be loved by children and by adults who know something of the value of ‘story’. She has created a world that’s a rich place to visit. It’s also a good place to gain insights about the world in which we live.

What I love about [your book] is that you have told a fictional story about Christians without being preachy and going on and on. ... You just let it flow like a brook throughout the whole wonderful story. Because you just let it be a natural part of this lovely imaginative story it seemed so much more thought provoking. Congratulations - well done.

The unique, ancient setting and the winsome faith of your characters in the true and only God kept my interest to the end.
- R. Murray
Really enjoyed it. The plot was refreshing and kept me intrigued the whole time. Couldn't wait to read the ending.

I simply HAD to let you know that I loved the book. It had the ability to sweep me away into another world. I appreciated the focus on a simple faith. And I loved the unexpected supernatural twists of 'the gift' and the poison.
- L. Biggar
It was so easy to see the people inhabiting the castle in your story. I also love the way you talk so clearly and confidently about the “one true God” and how your book is still so gripping and romantic – it speaks to me of God’s love in a way that makes Him even more real to me. I love the way you use language ... the way you convey meaning in a seemingly effortless way – it just flows!
